Jmping around is related to teh pkayer and the key frame placement. It's not much influenced by whether you chose crf ir 2oass encoding.

I reset the setting but still have the issue. how can i found the debug out put? do you mean the reports from task in job tab?

It explains how to create a debug output and what information generally is needed for me to reproduce an issue.
