About the 'added new job with id' messages appearing on startup, those are jobs in the job queue that you created before.
Clearing the job queue (Jobs->Queue->Remove all) should help.
About:

Current defaultOutputPath: is empty!
-> Set it under Config->Path

Settings a default output path under 'Config->Path' and saving it through: "Config->Defaults->Save->All->Save selected" will remove that message.

Your gpu drivers are too old to use the currently used NVEncC! ->Update your drivers!

You can either update your drivers or disable gpu support, by adding a misc.ini file in with:

nonvidia=true
