Hi Selur,

Just wanted to ask to make sure.
Preset overwrites Tune and vica versa right? I mean you either set a preset or a tune, correct?

No, that is wrong. At least for x264 and x265.

oh, okay i kinda looked at the command line string when i press those apply buttons and saw huge differences and little overlaps
so basically i just set the preset, press apply, and then set tune and apply again. correct?

Yes, applying a preset resets to the defaults and then applies the differences of the preset.
Applying a tune selection, always applies the changes of the tune to the current values.
So applying different tunes or a single preset multiple times will change the command line.
