Convert MVK to MP4

I am trying to convert MKVs to MP4s, no video or audio changes just format. I have uploaded the logs for the job I tired running. Error message below.

Disabling 'Config->Internals->Mp4 Settings->Signal PAR 1:1' probably fixes that.
