For general information, the forum software uses Stop Forum Spam to avoid spammers registering in the forum.
This is necessary to keep the spammers registering here down to a minimum.
Downside is that sometimes users which use the email provider a spammer used get also blocked.

You get wrongly blocked the easiest way is normally to:
a. try again after using another IP (disconnecting and reconnecting)
b. using another email (don't try disposable emails)
