repeating 3 times (once for H264,2 times for H265)

- removed the raw image data: either attach images to the post or link to them, but do not post their raw data (no clue why that seems like a good idea)
- as a side note: you can copy the content error popups with CTRL+A, CTRL+C and then paste them with CTRL+V

My guess is that the not starting is due to a bug in Hybrid (fixed it locally) which causes a crash when the NVEnc defaults got changed, but without useful data what those error messages say I'm not sure.

sorry for image, deformed from work where the pasted raw data are converted to png automatically (codebeamer)

i tried fresh install, now it working fine.

it seems that this error happens after every windows update - i am running insider fast ring Cool

. reinstall is fixing it
