There are a few options which allow to influence the general font size through the misc.ini.
(see: *hidden* Hybrid options,...)

- scaling mode:
scalingMode=X (-1 - 3)
- change GUI fontsize:
fontSize=sizeA
- change GUI toolTipFontSize:
toolTipFontSize=sizeB

(see: *hidden* Hybrid options,...)-> try if creating a misc.ini file helps, also the tool tip side bar is meant for better visibility of the text.
