How to make change color to became more saturation?

Come on, you should at least have looked a bit and given some information on what OS you are,...

• On Linux/Mac without Vapoursynth or Avisynth:
  • Filtering->Color adjustments->Filtering->Saturation
    
  • you could also 'mis-use' Filtering->Filtering->ToneMap for this
    
• When Vapoursynth is available:
  • Filtering->Vapoursynth->Color->Tweak->Saturation
    
  • you could also 'mis-use' Filtering->Vapoursynth->Color->HDR10toSDR, ToneMap and TimeCube for this
    
• When Avisynth is available:
  • Filtering->Avisynth->Color->Tweak->Saturation
    
  • Filtering->Avisynth->Color->HDR AGC->SAT
