Can't run latest version because the following file is missing: api-ms-win-crt-math-l1-1-0.dll

Are you using the latest version?
Is your Windows up-to-date?

Ps.: I guess installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2019 should also fix the problem.
