Sorry, my bad, I forgot to add the autowhite.py to Hybrid.
Extracting the attached file into your 'Hybrid/64bit/vsscripts'-folder should fix the issue.
Note that this is a frame-based autowhite script(from http://www.vapoursynth.com/doc/functions/frameeval.html), so I'm not sure it will really help on normal sources.
