I keep getting this error:

ac3 is not allowed for mov output

How do I set Hybrid to combine audio within the .mov file? I did a while ago and now I can't remember what I did.

Then you told Hybrid to multiplex ac3 audio into a mov file which is not possible.

I don't know what you mean by 'combine audio'?
If you have multiple mono audio stream and you want that Hybrid combines them to one multi-channel audio stream you would use the 'merge audio streams' option.
