I want to know how to descale resolution (make it lower) of a video but maybe you can tell me which setting do I need to change for that?

• start Hybrid
  
• load your source
  
• enable "Crop/Resize->Base->Resize"
  
• set the resolution you want under "Crop/Resize->Base->Picture Resize"
  

basically the same as when upscaling.
