Note: don't really understand why Windows is detected as 2009, winver displays 21H2... Just FYI.

Yup, missed a command line change.
'--unpin' doesn't exist any more.
-> try the dev version to which I send you a link to (via pm)

Note that Windows 7 and thus Windows 2009 isn't supported, since tons of tools dropped support for it, so other issues might arise.
