I keep getting this error message when trying to convert into a MP4 file.

Error in audio job creation
Format adpcm is not allowed for mp4 output.

Im currently using Hybrid Windows 64 bit.
How to reproduce it is by setting your output to MP4 and and try to generate the job.

Output is attached.
PLEASE HELP ME!

Also please give m full instructions on how to fix this problem.

Your current audio format isn't allowed inside an mp4 container.
This restriction is due to the container standard not Hybrid.
-> You need to reencode the audio.

By example you could:

• Start Hybrid
  
• Set 'Main->Handling->Audio handling' to 'Auto add all' (tip: read the tool-tip of the drop-down box, to understand what this does)
  
• Enable 'Audio->Main->Audio Encoding Options'
  
• Load Source (Main->File Input)
  
• to all the other settings you did before
