This bug occurs when elementary streams are used as input.

It would help if you can share a debug output of the job creation, not the job processing since, the job processing doesn't show hot the jobs were created and thus show no issues.

Ps.: Did some quick tests, seems to happen when ffmpeg is used for muxing.
So I'll look into the ffmpeg muxing call generation on the weekend.
