It's the disabling of the header compression, when header compression is turned on the output file size is the same as the original.
Since I don't understand the code I added to force disabling header compression in some cases, I'll remove that code.
Will create a new dev version where only 'Config->Containers->MKV->Disable header compression' will decide whether '--compression -1:none' is added or not. (disable it to not add the '--compression')

You said “ Disable header compression”，here displays  “ Disable header removal”，disable it output file is bigger ，so enable it output file normal. It works. Thanks for you help.

Like you noticed, you need to disable 'Disable header removal'.
