The exported clips have automatically their brightness/contrast changed without me checking anything on. How to turn this options off? Thanks

In general:

• when resizing:
  • be sure to be aware of color matrices (HD vs. SD vs. HDR content)
    
  • be aware that resizing might change the brightness/contrast
    
• when filtering: almost all filtering can influence the perceived brightness/contrast.
  
• when changing the color sampling during encoding perceived brightness/contrast might also change.
  
• make sure your signal the correct luma range, color matrix, etc. (especially when Hybrid has to guess the values since your input didn't signal them properly)
  
• make sure your decoder does respect VUI signaling
  

Since you didn't share any details, I can't really say more.
