Tested every version since 2024.05.11.1, it's still impacting the dev version 2024.07.29.1 as well.

If "Crop View" is checked in Crop/Resize, the Xsynth menu gets disabled.

It can be brought back by unchecking "Crop View", as shown in the pictures.

It's not a big issue, since it can be easily fixed by just unchecking "Crop View", but I figured to report it anyway.

Correct, that is as intended.
Synth filters (aside from Preview preferences and Deinterlacing settings) were always disabled during CropView.
(this just visualized this behaviour)
It will not change.
