already investigating..
looks like it only happens when a start/end frame is selected.
in that case, it doesn't matter what i chose in the target size list. plus the variable bitrate max goes so high that an "invalid bitrate" error code is thrown during encode
when i set the start/end frame back to default values, the calculcation works again

Write a step-by-step that lets me reproduce the issue and I can look into it.
According to the debug output, the audio queue was empty the whole time.
So Hybrid ignoring the audio seems correct.
