I can't convert any more movies

Newer NVEncC probably needs newer drivers.
See over at
https://github.com/rigaya/NVEnc/releases
=> Your 10 year old notebook gpu (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M) is probably too old, try replacing the NVEncC.exe with an older 64bit version.
For example 7.82 and if that one doesn't work go back in the releases, until you find one that does work.

the drivers or updated today
Tried several versions but no one worked
I was forced to install Hybrid_2024.02.23.1
The strange thing is that Nvidia works with this version
At the moment I am satisfied until I buy a new computer
Hybrid_2024.02.23.1 probably used
7.41.
Starting with
7.43, the changelog states:
Quote:Requires Windows/Turing or later GPUs/528.24 or later driver.
Your card architecture wise is Maxwell (2014), Turing (2018) requires newer cards and drivers. (
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/technologies/)
=> You could try using latest version of Hybrid and replacing NVEncC with the 7.42 version.
(NVEncC64.exe needs to be renamed to NVEncC.exe and "Config->Tools->Clear all cached tool infos" needs to be triggered for Hybrid to re-check the available hardware) Assuming the command lines did not change it should work.

Fixed by copying NVENCC_8.03_X64 and renaming NVENC64.exe to NVENC.EXE
In both versions, it fixes all the problems
original
Hybrid_2025.03.09.1_setup
experimental
Hybrid_dev_2025.04.09-185021
In the experimental you inserted NVENC _8.01_X64 and it creates problems
Good to know will upload a new dev with a newer NVEncC this evening.
