Hi there..
is there a possibility to manually set the FPS for an output file? i don't mean interpolation or anything, just stipulating the frames per second the file is played back with...

Filtering->Speed Change->Change speed
or on passthrough
Muxing->Overwrite->Frame rate
(Naturally, both work only when cfr output is used.)

Ps.: iirc I fixed a bug there a while ago, so you might want to use the latest dev
