I have such communicate :
used interleaved fields to store interlacing while output uses separate fields.
Hybrid does not support saving interlaced content with interleaved fields. 
How can I manage the problem? Thanks.

Assuming you are using x264 and you want to use PAFF encoding instead of MBAFF, you are out of luck, since x264 does not support PAFF encoding.

No. Hybrid does not encoding to MPEG-2.
