I have been using Hybrid for a couple of years now, often for the same purpose. Once in a while, on a machine, I will have the same issue. A job will complete after a couple of hours, and then immediately begin again.

I am taking a file from AVI to 264. Upscaling to 1080. De-Interlace. After getting to 100% and finishing the job, the process begins again.

If I restart the computer or try the same on other machines it will work. Every so often, including today, I have this repeat issue.

What could it be? What can I provide? Does this make sense to anyone?

I love the software. This is the only issue I have had.
No clue, that never happened to me so far.
If you find a way to reproduce this, I'll happily look into it.

Hi. It is currently happening. So let me know what I can pass along.
After completing the job, it started again. At about a minute into the new round I have paused it in the jobs tab.

Is there anything I can look into or pass along? It is currently paused…

It appears in the Base Tab info that after almost 4 hours the video finished. Then, immediately started again.
Create a debug output of when it happens again and share that with me.
It hopefully should help to find where this comes from.
Do you have anything enabled under Jobs->Misc ?
Have to go to bed now, but if you share a debug output of the problem happening, I might be able to see something in it tomorrow.

Hi. Thank you. - Nothing under Jobs, Misc.

I will create a Debug File and Report (under Internals) for the next try. If there is anything else to add to create data I will do that as well.
Report is useless for me just the debug output is fine.
Thanks.

Hi

The debug output.txt report that exported from my windows 11 machine is 87,864kb
The debug output.txt report from my windows 10 machine is 708kb

I had a few crashes. There were different errors on occasion. Included, exit status 0 and ffmpeg errors.

Will look at it after work and report back.
Wanted to look at the file, but it requires requesting access.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thank you for your patience. All the important stuff is on lock down.

I really am fortunate for your time and the software.
