Hi Selur, i'm using a mid 2025 version of Hybrid...on Jobs Queue there is a progress percentage that (o my PC) is not reacing the 100 on all jobs
and has erratic changes (very slow from 0 to 30% ...and last 70% made on some seconds)

i think that this percentage is related to different phases...  first phase.. audio... second phase .. video .. trd ... join/sink both... 4th.. no idea

but not so much realistic (looking at the time made)

That is simple.
If a job consists of 10 subjobs, each of these is 10%, so after each completed subjob, the percentage would jump by 10% in the job progress indication.
The progress of subjobs, in case they have a progress indication, is shown in the general progress bar.
If the subjob has progress indication, Hybrid will also try to show, not just update the job progress indication on completion, but also while the job is running.
So with each job representing 10%, and a sub-job being at 10%, the job indication would show 11%.
Depending on the number of jobs and the speed of each sub-job, the general job indication will be slower or faster.
=> Everything is fine

sometimes I wonder the length of time it took a job to get done.  Is that something currently in Hybrid?

Don't really get the question.
But this hasn't changed since the job queue was introduced.
How long a single subjob took should be shown in the normal log, the report and the debug output.
(afk. atm. but it might also be saved inside the job info, once it's completed)
=> yes, one can add 'Start Time' and 'End Time' to the Jobs columns.

that is exactly what I was looking for.  How do you add the "start time" and "end time" to the jobs column?

Thanks for this great software. 
The last update of hybrid has given it rounded edges on all the command boxes making it look a bit strange.

The progress bar is now a small blue line it is hard to see, it use to be bigger before it should have been left as it was.

Please don't make small interface changes to hybrid, I wish the interface was cleaner but none of us have the right to complain because it's a free software that is very popular now with people who archive VHS and upload.

To make this clear: I did not actively do these changes.
This passend due to an update of Qt and Windows.
Depending on your OS the default style changed. (I even had to add quite a few workarounds due to bugs in the changed styles,...)
"Config->View->Style" allows to change the style. (iirc on Windows 'windowsvista' was the default before)
So with that option and saving your choice as default should help.

It's good to know that the styles can be changed.
My OS is windows 11 now, because windows 10 is on payed extended support for another 9 months only.

The PC I wanted was available  for a good price, I bought it having to reinstall everything from scratch again that's why I updated hybrid, the good thing is that it's much more powerful than my older one, hybrid is much faster on it now.

I should look for

I just want the straight line interface like before and I want the progress bar to be bigger, everything else looks fine.

I'm not complaining please don't take it that way.
I used it today with no problems

Like I wrote, I didn't change anything aside from updating for a while, so any changes should be related to style changes and changing the style to 'windowsvista' likely will get you back to the old view.
