today i uninstalled Hybrid (version of last year) and deleted anyfolder/reference to hybrid on the PC
downloaded latest DEV version

i use Hybrid to Degrain and deinterlace AVI clips in PAL format.

when placing the original footage and asking for a preview this happens:

the preview on Crop/resize is working the one doing the error is the Vapoursynth (ONLY MCDEGRAINSHARP)

Are you sure you have the latest dev?
I think I uploaded a new dev Yesterday which should include the missind dll,...
