Probably a bug in the rev 2026.03.21.1 version. Can't deinterlace from sd pal 4:3 25i 720x576 to FFV1 sd 50fps 720x576. Only at 768x576 (square pixel)

Re-read the sticky.
Try the current dev. (deinstall current version, before installing dev, since the Vapoursynth version changed)
Provide proper details, like mentioned in the sticky, so I can see what the issue is.
