Getting this startup error when i start an encode. using the new dev version.

Can't reproduce this here.
Check whether Dependencies shows any missing dlls for the file.

I fixed it, the fmtconv.dll was missing from the vapoursynth 64bit plugins folder for some reason.

Hybrid\64bit\Vapoursynth\Lib\site-packages\vapoursynth\plugins should only contain avscompat.dll.
Hybrid\64bit\Vapoursynth\Lib\site-packages\vapoursynth\plugins2 should contain the fmtconv.dll (which it does for me)

yep, it was missing from plugins2. quarantined by my antivirus program.

Ah okay.
It sounded like it ended up in the plugins folder.
