i try set color with settings a lot type not change anything

Sorry, but I don't understand the number coding used in your screenshot.
What does the Avisynth script look like?

Avisynth-Tab should only be grayed out when Filtering->Support isn't set to Avisynth
Works fine here. (see screenshot, I changed the 'gamma' value to 2.0)
-> In case you updated from an old version and between this and the last version you used the changelog mentioned to uninstall and reinstall Hybrid completely (with settings) do so.

Ps.: As a side note in case you didn't change the Levels settings, the default settings should not change the colors at all.

what i have to change?
No clue, since I don't know what you are doing atm.
Wild guess:
a. uninstall Hybrid completely with all settings
b. reinstall it
c. make sure 'Filtering->Support' is set to 'Avisynth' if you want to use Avisynth filters
