[HELP] MKV file encoding problem

when the encoding is over,
some videos are encoded without any problem,
but some are have problem like
video get Shorten.
I only touch frame setting.

(I can't attach the debug file because it's over 1MB in size, so I'll upload the file to Google drive and attach a link to share it.)
