Send you a link to a new dev version.

I think you forgot to change a check somewhere because it is checking for the global profile file at I:/Hybrid/settings/profiles/global/60fpsanime.xml and not finding it because I didn't have anything there.
To make it happy I plugged in a USB, mapped it to the drive letter 'I', created the folders, and copied the global profile from %appdata%/hybrid/profiles/global to the USB.

After doing that hybrid seems to start with no issues and even adds the video but does not start converting automatically.

I made a mistake during creating the profile. I forgot to set the default path output. Everything seems to work fine except for the default location of the global profile file.

Argh, must have left some debugging code.
-> build a new version and send you a link via a pm

From testing with multiple files, there seem to be no more issues. The global profile loads as intended and multiple videos automatically convert as expected. I believe that this issue has been resolved in the dev version.
