Smal update:
Looking at the files:
S01E01A has no subtitles
S01E01B has 3 subtitles
S01E02A has 3 subtitles
S01E03A has 4 subtitles
What I did to reproduce the problem:
- Start Hybrid
- Set output and temp path
- Drag&Drop the files into Hybrid
- Set 'Base->Processing->Video' to 'passhtrough'
- Set 'Base->Processing->Audio' to 'passhtrough (all)'
- Set 'Base->Default container' to 'mkv'
- Enable 'Base->Generate'
- Switched through the sources (Base->Stream Selection->Title)
this showed that the subtiltes were not properly set for title 1.
Depending on which title was selected before, the subtitle count was kept. (so either 3 or 4)
Checking 'Base->Show All Data' showed that it was not a problem of the general analysis
After fixing that I tried:
- Start Hybrid
- Set output and temp path
- Drag&Drop the files into Hybrid
- Set 'Base->Processing->Video' to 'passhtrough'
- Set 'Base->Processing->Audio' to 'passhtrough (all)'
- Set 'Base->Default container' to 'mkv'
- Enable 'Base->Generate'
- Since it didn't seem like you enabled any of the automation routines to passthrough the subtitles, I then switched through the titles and for each eanbled 'Base->Processing->Subtitle->All subtiles' and pressed 'Base->Processing->Subtitle->Extract&Add Subtitle' to add the subtitles to the subtitle queue (see: Subtitle->Subtitle Queue')
which now showed:
(so all subtitles are queues
- I then triggered the job creation and started the job processing.
From the looks of it, everything got processed properly. (subtitle counts in the output files were correct)
I then cleared the job queue, enabled 'Create Sub-folder per job in temp path. *experimental*' and triggered the job creation again.
This got me the:

error.
=> I'm looking at that error now. Will report back.
