I'm no longer getting ProRes 422HQ files. After 8 hours of processing, they won't open. I'm not sure what is happening?

I'm seeing slight de-saturation along the left of the frame in some scenes. It's on the original master, but not as bad. Is this fixable?

Try "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Line->Misc->EdgeFixer" (see: https://github.com/sekrit-twc/EdgeFixer) it should work well for that problem.

You can also apply a filter only on a portion of the clip (if you enable Vapoursynth->Misc->UI->Show 'Only on region'-controls).
So you could also try to just filter the left border,..
