The misc.ini runAsAdmin-Option only influences the start up and has nothing to do with the crashes.
Crash is due to a bug in the x264 call. (Hybrid uses '-range limited' when it should use '-range tv'.)
I send you a link to a dev version which should fix this. (old jobs need to be recreated)
