maybe because everything is a lot yellow... but i tried with dehalo without any success..

Hmm,..
chroma is shifted, saturation is way too high,... (to fix the colors some custom LUT is probably needed)
Using VSGANFilter with https://openmodeldb.info/models/1x-Dehalo-v1-Compact helps somewhat,...
Note a finished thing, but it might help to get started:

(adding ReduceFilter will help with the luma flickering)

I suspect that using LGhost might work, but I always struggle with that one. Rolleyes
(folks over at videohelp, probably can suggest something other than VSGAN for the halos, since they more often work on bad vhs captures&co)

As a side note: the problem is not the color, but more the thickness of the halo compared to the normal lines.
