--tune parameter for NVEncC

Can you add support for --tune parameter for NVEncC encoder, please? I know that I can add it via additional parameters, but it will be nice to have it directly on GUI.
Main reason is usage of uhq setting defined for AV1 codec.

No happening, atm. I'm thinking about removing preset too and enforce it to 'quality', since "defaults for options below should differ by --preset and --tune. "
"This is implemented by calling NVENC SDK API, and asks driver for default value. Therefore it may vary depending on GPU gen and driver version and codec, preset and tune options. Of course, options can be overwrided by settings options manually."
That said, you can add the option through Misc->Addition.
