now it does work, at least up to 576p. 1080p crashes...

here's logs for preview/encode for additional insight.

As expected.
Seems like MFDIN is eating too much vram on HD content and crashing, this is expected.
I don't see any option to lower vram usage over at: https://github.com/HolyWu/vs-mfdin so nothing I can do.
