[HELP] Is their a filter to remove bearding?

Best read a few threads over at https://forum.videohelp.com/ there are from time to time suggestions about what VCRs are good etc. I personally have near zero experience with VCRs since I usually get the stuff after it was captured, I just can tell what it should look like when captured properly.
