The problem is the source filter. 
fieldop is used when Hybrid detects soft telecine.
Seems like this parameter doesn't exist, but it was added in DGMPGDec 2.0.0.8
I will check the versions that ship with the installer.
Since you got an NVIDIA card, enabling "Filtering->Vapoursynth->Misc->Source->Use DGDecNV when available" in the meantime should help.
