Okay, I think I found a solution.
Replace Hybrid/32bit/avisynthPlugins/TemporalDegrain2.avsi and Hybrid/32bit/Avisynth/avisynthPlugins/TemporalDegrain2.avsi with the attached file should fix the problem.
