[HELP] Adding a new filter to Avisynth

• I think, I found and fixed the bug in proToon. (https://pastebin.com/i2ynWLi3)
  
• I wrote .xml files for 32bit and 64bit proToon.
  
• Uploaded a new dev version to the experimental-folder inside my GoogleDrives 'Hybrid Addons' folder which includes the .xml in the CustomSynthScripts and a warpsharp.dll for 64bit.
  
• also added a Vapoursynth version to Hybrid
  

With this, proToon should work in both Avisynth and Vapoursynth.
