[GUIDE] HAVC Filter User Guide

I wrote a user guide for filter Hybrid Automatic Video Colorizer (aka DDeoldify), that should help in understanding the filter usage.

For the users that already known this filter could be interesting read the chapters:

• 3.5.2 - Using Deep-Exemplar to speed-up the encoding
  
• 4.2 - Advanced coloring using adjusted reference frames 
  
• 4.3 - Using HAVC to restore old colored videos.
