I used DeSpot with the default values and MCTemporalDegrain with 'veryhigh'.
Also, note that I adjusted the filter order (Vapoursynth->Misc->Filter Order/Queue) and moved BasicVSR++ after MCTemporalDenoise.

I'm feelin' dumb. There's probably some basic UI feature I'm missing, or I might be looking in the totally wrong places, but I'm hitting dead-ends, probably because of things implied that I don't know. I'm on the latest release. I'm sorry. Can you provide a little more guidance? This is the best I could do:
MCTemporalDenoise in Vapoursynth>DeNoise tab (I did not see a "MCTemporalDegrain" option in any of the tabs, or a "very high" selection):

EDIT: I found Despot in Vapoursynth>Artifacts as well, so I think I'm good on that one...
