[HELP] Feature film with duplicate frames

Practically all my LaserDisc recordings through my IOData GV-USB2 capture device are adding duplicate frames in bunches and in succession, although many frames for certain sections of the recording will not add any, according to the post-recording reports I've generated. I've attached screenshots of my settings in Hybrid for my post work.

Cu Selur: TIVTC with 23.976 as my designated CFR and TDecimate: Mode 7. Those settings are appropriate for originally telecined content, right?

And under the Frame tab, when selecting FillDuplicateFrames, I want Hybrid to add interpolated frames, right? Do my settings appear correct? Anything to tweak?
