there is no best:
1st try to do proper source handling
2nd for telecined contend: TIVTC or QTGMC + sRestore
3nd for interlaced content: QTGMC (+ sRestore if you have blends)
4th anything lese get creative
there is no real removing of ghosts only solution atm. is dropping or replacing frames with ghosts in them.
