Like I wrote: Hybrid itself should never be that large.
Not knowing what you did I would:
1. check what the temp folder was (Config->Paths)
2. clear that folder
3. deinstall Hybrid (afterwards, make sure the installation folder was deleted)
If you are still 'missing' space on you hdd use something like https://windirstat.net/ which gives you a nice navigatable visualization of where the space on your drive is used on.
