a. Avisynth is grayed out because: Filtering->Support is not set to Avisynth
b. You won't be able to use AnimeIVTC in Hybrid (unless you really knew your way around Avisynth and understood how Hybrid uses Avisynth).
-> Using AnimeIVTC would require that you write your own Avisynth script.
