Your current audio format isn't allowed inside an mp4 container.
This restriction is due to the container standard not Hybrid.
-> You need to reencode the audio.

By example you could:

• Start Hybrid
  
• Set 'Main->Handling->Audio handling' to 'Auto add all' (tip: read the tool-tip of the drop-down box, to understand what this does)
  
• Enable 'Audio->Main->Audio Encoding Options'
  
• Load Source (Main->File Input)
  
• to all the other settings you did before
