[HELP] x265 thumbnail problem

Those files use different containers.
You can also create mkv files with Hybrid if your setup can't properly handle mp4(h.265).
In case you installed some codec pack that might also cause problems if it isn't properly configured.
Installing "HEVC Video Extension" from Microsoft Store might also help. (according to a quick google search)
