[HELP] Help with VHS upscale

Looked at it.

• 4:1:1 -> argh
  
• there are two types of ghosting I see
  • ghosting/blending around scene changes which seem like intended blends since they some times last over a few frames
    
  • ghosting the scene with the guy and the knife cutting the robe
    
  Sadly for both cases, I have no clue how to get rid of these. Folks over at videohelp might be able to help since they got way more experience filtering vhs captures than I do.
