Hello everybody! I'm writing through translate.google.com. I really like your project.
Can anyone recommend the best settings for converting an anime into 60 fps without artifacts? Or somewhere there is already a ready guide?
Does it make sense to use Field Matching or Override Area?
1080p30 8 bit win 10
a. you will always end up with artifacts
b. assuming you use SVP/Interframe it's probably a good idea to enable 'animation' as tuning. No clue where you see 'Field Matching' or 'Override area' in this context,..
c. don't know of any guide

Dev versions are in the 'experimental'-folder of my GoogleDrive, which is linked on the download page.

I was able to bring down artefacts to a minimum (almost invisible) with these settings. Use InterFrame and select the Overwrite checkbox and replace the scripts with the following:
Well, I'm using Google Translate, I'm Brazilian, I was using some settings and to convert to 60 fps, but when I go to watch after converting to 60 fps it appears these things other than what they are, how can I fix this?
